🌿 Review of Bloom’s Garden Center I’m in the middle of a landscape project, and anyone who knows me knows that neither my wife nor I are “plant people.” I started by visiting a local nursery close to home — I won’t mention their name — and told the woman there what I was trying to do. She pointed vaguely toward an area of plants and said, “Any of those would work.” No guidance, no interest, no real help. I walked over, looked around, and somehow ended up with more questions than answers. When I went back inside to ask for help, it was clear she didn’t want to have that conversation. So I left. Driving away, I was already debating which big box store I’d settle for. Then I remembered our friend Lauren, who works at Bloom’s Garden Center. Lauren is an outstanding barista — if you ever need your morning cup of energy, she’ll take great care of you — and she absolutely loves Bloom’s. I figured if she loves the place that much, maybe I should stop in and see what the fuss is about. Night and day difference. The moment we arrived, we met Lailah. She’s one of those people who genuinely loves what she does, and it shows. She was patient, kind, and helped us pick out exactly what we nee

This place is WOW!!! So many beautiful plants and garden and decorations! SOME of the prettiest nick nacks Ive ever seen. Lady in the flower section, was super helpful!!! THEIR little café is top tier and great customer service. People complaining about prices and such, must be locals who are never happy.

We went to the bistro. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The food was great had the bruschetta and salads. Great fresh and bright flavors, left full but not over stuff and heavy. Great date night!

I have been going to Blooms since you opened because of the quality of plants & the great customer service. That all change today. I stopped by around 4:20 & there were no other customers & 3 employees standing there. My first thought was great, plenty of help. All 3 women completely ignored me. They didn't acknowledge me or ask me if I needed any help. The 3 of them stood there & yacked away or played on their phones. Even when I walked up to them, they ignored me. So I picked 2 plants to use a Blooms gift card I had & decided to take my business elsewhere. I mentioned it to the lady that was at the checkout counter. She apologized for them. As I was getting in my car which was parked near the three lazy employees, one finally glanced at me. So I yelled at them "wow impressive job acknowledging a customer & seeing if they needed help." All 3 look like deer in the headlights & quickly booked it into the green house, I assumed to hide even though your store was still open for another 20 minutes. I then left & drove to another green house & spent another $285 on the rest of my plants. Makes a person wonder how much business you have lost because your employees can't be bothered with

This review is for the restaurant they have: Hours posted were 800am - 230pm. Not busy at all, nice clean place, pleasant counter staff. Lots of table seating. Good amount of options, seem to be leaning towards the healthier, homemade. First timers, You are going to need to look at the menu, plastic ones on the counter, not the chalk board above and behind the register. The reason I say that it's more detailed with all options, sides and has prices listed. Breakfast items were really good, decent sized and came out hot. I was surprised that their version of salsa for the burrito was two packets of "Frank's Red Hot". Not exactly what I was expecting, but good.
